How quickly can engineers start?

Do we get to interview the engineers?
Always. You interview and approve every engineer before they join, and if anyone is not working out you can request a replacement within two weeks — that guarantee is written into the contract.
What timezone overlap do we get from the US or Canada?
A minimum of four hours of daily overlap with your timezone, Eastern through Pacific. Standups, planning, and reviews happen inside that window.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Engagements are month-to-month after an initial three-month term, with thirty days notice to scale in either direction. No long lock-ins — retention should come from the work, not the contract.
