How much does a dedicated developer cost?

A flat monthly rate per role — typically $8,000–$13,000 per month for senior engineers depending on stack and seniority. That is all-inclusive: no recruiting fees, benefits, payroll taxes, equipment, or severance exposure.

Can I hire a single developer, or only full teams?
